摘要
阐述了一种新型基于充放电原理的高分子电容式湿度传感器信号处理方法。对信号处理电路的工作频率、工作电压、温度补偿等参数进行了分析并给出了具体试验数据。试验结果表明,采用此信号处理方法设计的电容式湿度传感器具有价格低廉、性能稳定、测量精度高等特点,具有很高的实用价值。
This paper describes a new signal processing of macromolecute capacitance humidity sensor based on the charge-discharge principle. The signal processing circuit operating frequency,operating voltage, temperature compensation and other parameters are analyzed and presented concrete test data. The results show that this signal processing designed for capacitive humidity sensor has the features of low price, stable performance, and high precision with high practical value.
