摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定氯烯雌醚滴丸中氯烯雌醚含量的方法。方法采用Kromasil C_(18)(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-水(85:15)为流动相,流速1.0mL·min^(-1),检测波长247nm,柱温:30℃,进样量20μL。结果氯烯雌醚在0.074μg～0.74μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999。高、中、低3个浓度的平均加样回收率为99.74%,RSD平均值为0.2%(n-9)。结论 HPLC法简便、准确、专属性强、灵敏度高,可用于测定氯烯雌醚滴丸的含量。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPI.C method for the determination of content of Chlorotriansene in Drop Pills. METHODS The chromatographic conditions included Kromasil C18 analytical column （150mm × 4.6mm,5μm）;the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water （85： 15） ; the UV detection wavelength was 247 nm; flow rate was 1mL·min^-1 and column temperature was 30℃ .The sample was injected at 20μL. RESULTS The linear range of Chlorotriansene was good when the quantity was 0. 074μg- 0.74μg （r = 0. 9999）. The recovery was 99.74 %, the RSD was 0.2 % （n = 9）.CONCLUSION The method was convenient, accurate and can be applied in determination of this preparation.
