替米沙坦对老年高血压患者尿酸及尿微量白蛋白的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨替米沙坦对老年原发性高血压患者尿酸及尿微量白蛋白(mALB)的影响。方法:将65例老年1~2级原发性高血压患者随机分成两组,其中替米沙坦组33例,苯磺酸氨氯地平组32例,治疗12周后观察两组血压、血尿酸(BUA)及mALB水平。结果:治疗后两组血压明显下降,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而替米沙坦组能更好地降低BUA及mALB水平,与苯磺酸氨氯地平组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:替米沙坦除有良好的降压疗效外,尚能有效地降低老年原发性高血压患者BUA、mALB水平。
