To wipe out white pollution and form environment awareness, the society should limite the use of plastic bags .The ultimate goal of the implementation ＂limiting the use of plastic bags is to cultivate people＇s consciousness of protecting the environment and take actions in their daily life. It is believed that the ＂white pollution＂ will disappear from our life and the days that the white pollution is wiped out should not be too far away.
