摘要
目的 探讨急性阑尾炎超声诊断的临床价值.方法 对103例右下腹痛病例进行超声检查,尤其是和高频探头联合应用,并获得超声诊断结果.结果 103例均经手术与病理证实,超声诊断正确92例（92/103）,符合率为89.3%.结论 超声检查对急性阑尾炎患者的诊断有重要价值,为临床选择治疗方案提供重要依据.
Objective To observe the clinical application value of ultrasound on diagnosing the acute appendicitis. Methods 103 cases of right hypogastralgia were detected by ultrasound. Results 103 cases were confirmed to be acute appendicitis by using pathological detection. Diagnosis coincidence of ultrasound was 89.3%. Conclusion Ultrasound is an important technique on diagnosing the acute appendicitis. It can afford the clinical information for choosing the therapeutic regimen .
