摘要
骨髓基质细胞作为构成造血微环境的重要成分,一直是造血调控研究的重点领域之一。本文结合作者的研究工作,从研究现状、不同观点、存在问题的角度阐明下列5个问题:①骨髓基质细胞形成造血诱导微环境的机制;②基质细胞的分类、特征和起源;③基质细胞异常时对造血功能的影响;④某些疾病状态下的造血微环境的异常;⑤基质细胞移植对造血重建的作用等。
It is one of the important fields so far to investigate the mechanism of hematopoietic regulation for stromal cells in the bone marrow hematopoietic inductive microenvironment. There are five problems in this field: ①The mechanisms of constitution for stromal cells in marrow hematopoietic inductive microenvironment; ②The classification, characteristics and origin of stromal cells; ③The hematopoietic function effected by abnormal marrow stromal cells; ④unconventionality of bone marrow hematopoietic inductive microenvironment in states of some diseases and ⑤The bone marrow hematopoietic reconstruction by marrow stromal cells transplantation etc.The related different points of views and some problems in this field are also discussed.
