摘要
药事服务费作为医疗卫生事业改革中出现的新生事物已经引起了社会的广泛关注,本文认为增设药事服务费无法根除医疗机构"以药养医"的补偿机制,无法根除药价虚高的顽疾,因此无法真正实现"医药分家"。
As newborn thing arising in the course of the healthcare reform,the Pharmacy Service Fee has caused wide public concern,the paper has considered that putting up the Pharmacy Service Fee cannot extirpate the reimbursement mechanism＂whereby drugs subsidize hospitals＂,and cannot extirpate chronic disease of the hiking up of medicine prices,and cannot separate sale of drugs from hospitals really.
