摘要
介绍了滚动轴承保持架质心运动轨迹的激光测量方法。以实体保持架轴承为试验对象,采用两个相互垂直激光传感器安装在轴承径向平面上,检测保持架的径向振动位移,通过对振动信号进行处理得到了保持架运动的质心轨迹图。试验结果验证了激光对微型滚动轴承实体保持架质心运动轨迹测量的有效性。
The detection method of mass center orbit of rolling bearing cage with laser sensors is introduced.Taking a solid cage bearing as the experimental object,the radial vibration displacement of cage is detected by use of two sensors perpendicularly installed on the bearing radial plane,and the mass center orbit of cage is got by vibration signal processing.As a consequence,the measurement method is validated by given experiment.
