摘要 以食品冷藏在冷库中的保鲜温度控制系统作为设计对象,采用AVR系列ATmega 16单片机作为核心微处理器,通过单总线温度传感器DS18B20分布式精确采集多点实际温度值,从而构成实时反馈控制系统,并根据整个系统的功能需求,提出了硬件系统的总体设计方案。从硬件系统的构造成本、综合性能和功能的可扩展性等方面,说明了该方案的科学性、合理性和可行性,并且对其他要求低成本的温度控制场合具有推广应用价值。 The fresh keeping temperature control system for cold storage of food in freezer store was taken as the design objective,ATmega16 single-chip computer of AVR series was adopted as the core microprocessor,the actual temperature value at multiple points was accurately collected by distributed means with single-bus temperature sensor DS18B20,so as to form the real-time feedback control system,according to the functional need of entire system,the overall design scheme for hardware system was put forward.The scientificalness,rationality and feasibility of the scheme are demonstrated from the composition cost of hardware system,comprehensive performance and functional expansibility,etc.,and it can be popularized to be applied to other occasion of temperature control where low cost is required.
