摘要
本文研究了Cu-As-Se系统硫系玻璃的红外透射性质.研完结果表明,由于铜的引入完全消除了As_2Se_3玻璃原来在4000~500cm^(-1)波段内的杂质吸收,特别是由As—O键引起的在780cm^9-1)和610cm^(-1)处的强吸收,将红外透射范围由As_2Se_3玻璃的15μm扩展至Cu-As-Se系统玻璃的20μm.Cu-As-Se系统玻璃在1.5~20μm范围内的透过率在50%以上.根据X射线衍射与热重分析实验结果,提出了铜消除杂质吸收的机理.用该系统玻璃的红外反射光谱数据并结合Kramers-Kronig色散关系得出了该系统玻璃的红外光学常数.
The infrared transmitting properties of Cu-As-Se system glasses were studied. The results showed that the extrinsical absorptions in 4 000~500cm^(-1)region, especially the 780cm^(-1) and 610cm^(-1) strong absorption band caused by the As-O bond, were removed by the addition of copper, the transmitting region is extended from 15μm of As_2Se_3 glass to 20μm of Cu-As-Se glasses. The transmission of these glasses is over 50%. The mechanism that copper exterminates the extrinsical absorptions was proposed according to the results of X-ray diffraction and thermal gravity analysis. Based on the data of infrared reflection spectra of Cu-As-Se system glasses, the infrared optical parameters were calculated by Kramers-Kronig dispersion relation.
