摘要
斜盘式柱塞泵广泛地应用于液压挖掘机,利用ANSYS软件对其进行模态分析。讨论了斜盘的受力,螺栓有限元模型的简化,以及无预紧力和有预紧力状态下三种不同接触类型的模态特性,直观定量地显示了泵壳的模态以及振型,为泵的改进以及振动噪声控制等提供理论依据。
The axialpiston pump modeled applied to the swash by the piston, and with ANSYS Workbench software in two designing and controling the vibration and with cad is extensively used by hydraulic excavator. Then computing then force discussing the model of the bolt in the FEM. computing the pump model shape loading condition： with preload of bolt and without preload is used for advcand nosy.
