摘要
在研究三相Buck变换器和正反激变换电路基本原理的基础上,设计了一种新颖的单级高频隔离式功率因数校正电路。通过对电路的拓扑结构分析,建立了相应的数学模型。应用三值逻辑PWM开关信号、坐标变换和电压闭环控制实现了单位功率因数校正,并从理论角度证明该数学模型和控制策略的合理性。通过仿真实验,进一步证明该设计能使输出电压稳定,输入电流接近正弦波,且电流和电压同相位,功率因数近似为1。
A novel AC/DC converter with single-stage power factor correction is designed based on researching the basic theory of forward/flyback converters and three-phase buck rectifiers.The corresponding mathematic model is built by analyzing the topology structure of the circuit.The unit power factor correction is realized by adopting tri-logic PWM switch signal,transforming coordinate and controlling of voltage closed loop,and the rationality of the mathematic model and the control strategy is verified theoretically.Simulating experiments furtherly prove that the design can make the output voltage stable,the input current is close to the sine wave,the current and the voltage have the same phase,and the power factor is approximate 1.
