摘要
本文从组织社会资本研究中较少关注的传播现象入手,运用传播与社会资本连接的理论模型,对一个从事国际交流事业的非营利组织——日本JY市日中友好协会进行了实证研究。通过案例研究,本文首先分析了组织内有效传播机制、传播主体和传播过程对于建设组织社会资本的关键性作用,其次利用协会的经验总结出事业部组织、微观的制度设计在技术上的重要意义,最后认为在传播中起主导作用的还是领导者,因而对人才培养的必要性进行了讨论,以期为一般组织社会资本建设的传播学理解提供借鉴。
Based on the theoretical model of the connection of communication and social capital, the essay conducts a case study on a Japanese NPO in international exchange arena with the angle of the interaction of communication and organizational social capital. Firstly, through the case study, the essay identifies effective communication mechanism, subject and process as the three key elements in organizational social capital building process. Secondly, the essay finds that business unit structure and micro organizational design play an important technical role in building organizational social capital. Finally, the essay argues the organizational leadership has a major effect in communication and then concludes the necessity of talent development.
