摘要
铝板形是铝轧制中的一个重要的几何尺寸指标,借鉴热连轧板形控制技术,根据铝热轧的特点,在经验负荷分配的基础上,运用改进遗传算法,以前两道次负荷均衡为目标,后一个或两个道次以板形最优为目标,建立兼顾板形的铝热精轧负荷分配模型,以某厂单机架双卷取四辊铝热轧机为研究对象,对精轧负荷分配进行模拟计算,为实践提供指导。
Flatness of aluminum strip is a vital geometric dimension target.On the bases of hot continuous rolling flatness control technology,aluminum hot rolling characteristics,loads distribution experience and improved genetic algorithm,the load has been equally distributed during the precedent two passes.At the last one or two passes mainly to control the flatness to optimum.A 4-high reversing aluminum hot rolling mill with 2 belt-wrappers has been taken to research a suitable rolling process with which can distribute the rolling load equally and produce strip with optimum flatness.
