摘要
提出了一种将混合整数规划法和证据理论相结合进行多端交直流混合同扩展规划的综合法,避免了常规规划方法形成临时联接方案时的盲目性,而且可处理规划中的各种不确定性因素。给出了综合法的流程及利用证据理论进行水平年临时联接和最终扩展规划方案评估的推理网络和具体方法。以三峡联网规划为算例,表明此综合方法可取得现有规划方法无法实现的功效。
A hybrid method for multiterminal DC/AC transmission network expansion planning which combines evidentialtheory with mixed integer program is raised. This method can avoid the blindness in forming the temporary link and the lossof feasible temporary link. fly using the evidential theory. this method can effectively deal with uncertain factors in planning.This paper introduces the procedure of foe hybrid method. Then it gives the reasoning networks and detail methods for theassessment of the temporary link and final planning result using evidential theory. The hybrid method is tested by a practicalplanning example of Three Gorge project. The result shows that it is feasible and superior to the traditional methods.
