摘要
目的探讨不同水温对大鼠鼻黏膜的损伤及恢复情况。方法 126只健康成年SD大鼠随机分为A、B、C组,每组42只;A组:常温;B组:50℃;C组:70℃。另设健康成年SD大鼠2只,使用不同温度生理盐水滴入实验组大鼠双鼻中隔黏膜30次,每分钟1次。分别于第30分钟,1、3、7、14、28、42d各取6只大鼠的刺激区鼻中隔黏膜,对照组取相应区域黏膜制作光、电镜标本观察其病理形态学改变。结果 A组各时间的光镜下结构正常,在电镜下1、3d有轻微改变,7d后基本恢复。B组第30分钟、1d在镜下有明显损伤,尤其在3d达严重损伤,14d后基本恢复。C组第30分钟,1、3d在镜下表现出严重损伤,28d后有少数恢复,42d后仍未能完全恢复。结论常温对大鼠鼻黏膜病理形态学改变较轻,恢复时间短。温度越高、刺激时间越长则病理形态学改变越重,恢复时间越长。
Objective To observe the pathomorphological changes and recovery after operation of nasal mucous dealed by different temperature. Methods One hundred and twenty six rats were randomly divided into and in A,B,C groups,with 42 rats for each group. Another two rats was as cntrol group. Then the experimental groups were dropped into the nose by normal saline for 30 times (once per minute ).The temperature of the water included respective normal temperature,50℃,and 70℃. The septum mucous of 6 rats for each experimental group was asundered after dealed for 30 minutes,1,3,7,14,28 and 42 days and the pathomorphological changes of septum mucous were observed by the optical microscope and electron microscope respecoively G. Results Group A:the pathomorphological structure under optical microscope (OP) had no significant changes during the whole process and minor changes under electron microscope (EM). within 30 minutes,the 1st and 3rd days after operation.It got recovered on the 7th day. Group B:the pathomorphological structure in 15 minutes,30 minutes and 1st day revealed obvious injury under both OM and EM. Prominent injury appeared on the 3rd day under EM,it got recovered after 14 days. Group C:obvious injury was observed in 15 minutes under both OM and EM; serious injury in 30 minutes,1st day and 3rd day under OM,28 days later partially recovered,after 42 days it was not yet fully restored. Conclusion Approximate room temperature and short stimulus duration have slight influence on pathomorphological change of nasal mucous in rats,and postoperative recovery is relatively shorter.
