Influence of Polar Tourmaline Substrates on the Growth of ZnO Nanoplates

摘要 采用极性电气石(0001)晶面作为生长衬底,通过超声雾化热解技术,制备出直立片状晶体交叉构成的纳米ZnO薄膜,XRD和Raman测试显示晶体为六方纤锌矿结构.利用电子探针和穆斯堡尔谱,研究了电气石衬底的化学组成和Fe离子的精细结构,ZnO的片状生长与极性电气石的表面电场作用相关,随着电气石中Fe离子含量、价态和占位的变化,晶体沿c轴的固有电偶极矩越高,表面电场作用越强,ZnO纳米片的厚径比越小。 Nanoplate-shaped ZnO thin film was achieved by the ultrasonic spray pyrolysis technique,using polar(0001) tourmaline wafers as the growing substrates.The as-prepared nanoplates were cross-linked and upright-standing.XRD and Raman tests revealed the hexagonal structure of wurtzite.The electron probe microanalysis and Mssbauer spectroscope were utilized to explore the chemical composition and the fine structures of Fe ions in tourmaline substrates.The plate-like growth of ZnO nanocrystals are related to the surface electric field effect of tourmaline crystals.With the variation of Fe ions contents,valence states and occupation characters,the ratio of thickness to diameter of the ZnO nanoplates decreases with the increase of the intrinsic dipole moments along the c axis and the strengthening of surface electric field effect in tourmaline crystals.
