摘要 针对传统发酵过程中工艺控制主要由人工完成、自动化程度低、稳定性差等问题,应用无线传感器网络技术设计了酿酒过程监测系统。该系统由传感器节点、路由器、基站、上位机组成,传感器节点采集发酵过程中温度、湿度变化量,蒸馏压力变化量,通过路由器、基站传给上位机。上位机实时显示、分析、保存采集数据,根据设定的阈值发送报警信息,提示工作人员进行下窖、起窖、蒸馏相关操作。该系统为传统发酵过程的研究和生产指导提供了有效的工具。 The control of traditional wine brewing process has the problems of manual operation, low automation level and poor stability. A wine brewing process monitoring system based on wireless sensor network technique is designed. The system consists of wireless sensor nodes, router, base station and PC. The wireless sensor nodes collect temperature, humidity and distilling pressure in fermentation process and send the data to PC through the router and base station. The monitoring management software in PC can display, analyze and store the acquired real-time data, and send alarm messages to the operators to remind them when the environment data is abnormal. The system provides effective tools for the research and produetion supervision of wine brewing process.
