摘要
将GPRS技术和Meter-Bus总线协议用于远程无线水表抄表系统,可以对用户用水量进行有效的实时监控,减少人力物力,简化布线,实现数据和能量共同传输。本文介绍了基于GPRS技术、光电直读技术和Meter-Bus总线的无线抄表监控系统的总体设计方案,分析了实现GPRS水表抄表系统低功耗的必要性,阐述了系统低功耗的设计思路包括各个模块低功耗供电方案:GPRS模块采用直接供电,微控制器采用LDO线性稳压器降压供电,Meter-Bus接口电路模块采用DC-DC稳压器升压供电,设计了开关电路,有针对性的利用微控制器通过软件控制对电源进行优化管理,确定了对系统功耗影响甚大的工作流程,进一步降低功耗。
The users' water can be effectively real-time monitored using the GPRS technology and Meter-Bus bus protocol on remote wireless meter reading system.It can reduce human and material resources,simplify cabling and realize the transmission of data and energy common.This article introduces a design of wireless meter monitor reading program based on GPRS technology,Photoelectric Direct-reading techniques and Meter-Bus bus.It analyses the necessity of low-power for Meter Reading System base on GPRS and also describes the low power design of the system,including Low-power supply scheme of each module:GPRS module using battery's power directly,microcontroller using LDO linear regulator for buck power supply,Meter-Bus interface circuit using DC-DC regulator for boost power supply.It also shows the design of the switch circuit and uses the micro-controller through software control to get an optimized management of power supplies.Finally,it confirms a good workflow which has a great impact on system power to reduce the power consumption further.
