摘要
按照产业价值链概念,构建煤基合成氨系列产业链、煤基甲醇/碳一化工系列产业链、煤基烯烃系列产业链模型。模型涉及一级产品为合成氨、甲醇、煤制油油品、乙二醇和甲烷气;19种二级产品;30种三级产品;5种四级产品。根据模型计算,引出延长产业链虽能提高产品附加值,但不一定能够获得更好的投资回报的结论。提醒投资者使用产业价值链时,应综合技术、市场、交通运输条件等多方面因素进行决策,以便更加切合实际。
According to industrial value chain idea,a complex industrial value chain model,including coal-based ammonia series,coal-based methanol and C1 chemical series,coal to olefin series,has been set up.To discuss three typical coal chemical projects,CTL,coal to glycol and coal to natural gas.In the model,first direct projects are ammonia,methanol,CTL,glycol and natural gas,followed by 19 second-class projects,30 third-class projects,and 5 forth-class projects.After cost calculation,data static and analysis,it could be found that industrial chain extension could increase project added value,but the return on investment was not sure to be risen up as expected.Actually,when industrial value chain would be used,the technology level and available,supply and demand market,transportation and relative conditions should be considered together,which might affect the actual decision directly and strongly.
