摘要
为解决某装备点火系统性能参数快速测试与故障诊断的难题,提出了基于PC104总线的便携式测试系统硬件方案和基于状态机结构的软件方案,详细阐述了硬件系统的基本结构原理、组成和AV转换电路与光耦隔离电路的设计,深入探讨了电缆线路完整性与发火时序参数的分析算法;在LabVIEW软件开发环境下完成了各种界面及分析算法的设计;应用表明,该设备具有携带方便、操作简单、测试精度高及环境适应性强等优点,满足现场测试与诊断要求。
To solve express test and fault diagnosis problem of functional parameters for fire system of one equipment, a portable test system hardware scheme based on PC104 bus and software scheme based on structure of state machine are put forward, and essential compo- nents and the principle of hardware, AV conversion circuit, Optical coupling isolation circuit are expounded as well as analytical arithmetic of cable integrality and fire time parameters. The LabVIEW language is used to accomplish the design of GUI (graphic user interface) and test arithmetic. It is proved that this device has be high precision test result, good environment flexibility, simple and portable, and adapted well to field test and diagnosis requirement.
