摘要
驱动电路和感测电路是微石英音叉陀螺(QRS)的两个重要组成部分;在了解QRS的基本工作原理及其电学特性的基础上,较为全面地分析了QRS输出信号的组成和特点,并根据输出信号的特点对QRS感测电路进行了研究,研究了拾取QRS感测叉指电荷信号的电荷放大器及其优化设计方法,重点研究了提取角速度信息的同步相敏解调电路,并比较了基于模拟乘法器的同步相敏解调电路和基于电子开关的同步相敏解调电路的优缺点,最后讨论了感测电路印制电路板的低噪声设计。
The driving circuit and the sense circuit are important parts of the system of Quartz Rate Sensor (QRS). Based on the basic work theory and electricity characteristic of the QRS, the component and peculiarity of the output signal of the QRS has been generally ana- lyzed, in succession, the sense circuit of the QRS has been studied according to the characteristic of the output signal, the charge amplifier circuit which pick charge signal from the sense fork of the QRS has been studied, so as it' s optimum scheme, and the synchronous phase sensitive demodulation circuit which pick--up the angular rate signal was the stresses, then the strongpoint and flaw of the synchronous phase sensitive demodulation circuit based on analog multiplier and the synchronous phase sensitive demodulation circuit based on electronic switch had been compared in this paper, and the last, the design of low noise sense circuit' s printed circuit has been discussed.
