摘要
叶腊石作为高温高压合成超硬材料不可缺的辅助材料,核心功能是密封、保温、绝缘。现在的组装结构表明,企业更注重叶腊石的密封功能。叶腊石的密封性能又与顶锤的设计尺寸、顶锤对中等紧密相关。本文只限于讨论叶腊石高压后密封边的的一些变化,以便思考与叶腊石密封性有关的问题。利用X射线技术、电子显微镜观测等,测量了叶腊石的高温高压后的一些性质,得到了对生产实践有价值的信息。
Pyrophyllite as synthetic material under high temperature and high pressure is an indispensable supporting material with the functons of sealing, warm keeping and insulating. The current assembly structure shows the enterprises pay more attention to pyrophyllite's sealingability. The pyrophyllite's sealingability has a close relation to the design sizes and centring and etc. of the carbide anvils. The paper only discusses some changes of the pyrophyllite's sealing sides so that the related problems to the pyrophyllite's sealingability are considered. The valuable information for production practise have been obtained by measuring some characteristics of pyrophyllite after high temperature and high pressure through X - ray technique, electron microscope and etc..
