摘要
乙酸乙酯是醋酸的一种重要下游产品,应用广泛,其生产方法主要有乙酸酯化法、乙醛缩合法、乙醇脱氢法和乙酸/乙烯加成法。介绍了乙酸乙酯的生产方法及其研究进展,分析了国内外乙酸乙酯的生产消费现状及发展前景,提出了发展我国乙酸乙酯生产的一些建议。
Ethyl acetate is an important downstream product of acetic acid with wide applications. The main production methods of ethyl acetate include the esterification process of acetic acid, the condensation process of acetaldehyde, the dehydrogenation process of ethanol, and the addition reaction process of acetic acid and ethylene. The production technologies and their progress on ethyl acetate are introduced. The production and consumption status of ethyl acetate and its development prospect are analyzed. Some suggestions for the development of ethyl acetate in China are put forward.
