摘要 采用探针式表面粗糙度测定法,测定了水曲柳、红松、落叶松和榆木砂带磨削的表面粗糙度,分析了磨料粒度对木材表面粗糙度以及胶合强度的影响。研究结果表明:磨削砂带粒度越大,磨削表面粗糙度不一定越好;木材表面胶合强度并不随着表面粗糙度减小而线性增加,表面越光滑,胶合强度不一定就越好。 The surface roughness of Larix deciduas,Fraxinus mandshurica Rupr.,Pinus koraiensis,Ulmus spp.was measured after sanded wood piece.The granularity effect on the wood surface roughness and the bonding strength was analyzed to obtain the best processing condition.Results show that greater granularity of abrasive belt do not get smoother surface of wood piece,as well as the bonding strength.
