春播早熟高粱区试点综合评价研究 被引量:1

Comprehensive evaluation of trial sites for early-mature sorghum cultivar in the spring-planting regions

摘要 根据国家春播早熟高粱组2007、2008和2009年的区试结果,从试点的生产水平、精确度、有效性、分辨力和代表性等5个方面对6个区试点进行综合评价研究。结果表明:6个区试点的试验精确度较高,试验均有效,且有较高的代表性,适于鉴定具有广泛适应性的品种,都是春播早熟高粱的理想区试点和育种点。吉林省农业科学院和内蒙古赤峰市农牧科学院2个区试点具有较高的生产水平;吉林农业大学、白城市农业科学院和黑龙江省农业科学院等3个区试点具有较强的品种分辨力。利用主效可加互作可乘模型法和变异系数法分别对试点的分辨力进行估算,并对2种估算方法进行比较分析,发现吉林省的3个区试点和内蒙古的2个区试点能够对本地区新选育的高粱品种进行鉴定和分析,建议适当增加黑龙江省的区试点数。 Based on results from national sorghum cultivar trails of spring-sowing early-mature group in 2007,2008 and 2009,six trail sites were comprehensively evaluated by using productive level,precision,distinguishing ability,representation and validity as evaluation standard.AMMI-Dj and general component variance(GCV) were used to estimate locations distinguishing ability,and they were compared in the study.The results showed that productive levels of the six locations were variable,which represented different field productive levels.Jilin Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Chifeng Academy of Agricultural Sciences had the highest field productive levels.Trail precisions across all six locations were high.All the trial sites were validated.Jilin Agriculture University,Baicheng Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences had the highest distinguishing ability;thus all of locations had high representation.And they were suitable for distinguishing varieties variance if they possesed wide-range adaptability.Thus they were also suitable to be plant breeding spots.It was concluded that three locations from Jilin Province and two locations from Mongolia were fit to identify and analyze varieties.We suggested that add one or two trail locations in the Heilongjiang Province.
