摘要
报道用薄层扫描法测定市售不同规格三七中三七总皂甙的含量。三七总皂甙经甲醇提取，直接点样于硅胶Ｇ薄层板上，以氯仿－甲醇－水（１４∶１１∶２）展开，使三七总皂甙集中于一点，以三七皂甙Ｃ１为标准，显色，λＳ＝５３０ｎｍ、λＲ＝５６５０ｎｍ，外标二点法扫描测定，计算总皂甙的含量。此法快速简便，结果准确，重现性好。
A TLC scanning method for determination of total dammaranesaponin in panax notoginseng (Burk.) F. H. chen has been established in this paper.Total dammaranesaponin in the samples was extracted with methanol and then spotted on thin-layer plates of Silica gel G and developed with the mobile phase consisting of trichloromethane-methanol-water(14∶11∶2).The total dammaranesaponin were collected in one spot.after the spots were colored,determinations were carried out with shimadzu CS-930 scanner with λ S=530nm and λ R=650nm.The method is simple,fast with exact result and good repetition.
