摘要
解决好环保问题的主要途径是政府秉承代际公平理念,充分发挥其主动性和积极性,通过建立可持续发展战略,健全法律制度、强化环保监管问责制等方法,形成权责清晰的环保机制,提高履行环保职能的效率,为社会提供良好的发展环境。
To solve environmental problems is the main way the government uphold the concept of intergenerational equity,give full play to their initiative and enthusiasm through the establishment of sustainable development strategies,a sound legal system,and strengthen environmental monitoring and other methods of accountability,environmental protection mechanisms for the formation of a clear rights and responsibilities to improve the efficiency of its environmental functions,for the community to provide a good environment for development.
