摘要
国内外研究知识转移的文献较多,而对于知识转移信任问题的研究却很少。文章在总结现有研究文献的基础上,通过实证研究探讨了该问题,并得出结论:信任对社会知识转移具有较大的促进作用;应构建促进社会知识转移的人际信任体系。
There are many research literatures on knowledge transfer both at hone and abroad,but few on the trust problems of knowledge transfer. Based on the summary of the present research literatures,this paper makes an empirical study of this problem and concludes that trust plays an important role in promoting social knowledge transfer,and we should construct an interpersonal trust system to promote social knowledge transfer.
