摘要
以三苯胺基和苯并噻二唑基为电子给、受体,合成得"D-A-D"型红光分子(简称TZ2),研究了其在介质中(THF和PVK中)单光子荧光(OPL)、双光子荧光(TPL)和电致发光(EL)性能。分别在Xe灯(455nm)和飞秒钛宝石激光器(820nm)泵浦下,TZ2在THF介质中的单光子、双光子荧光峰位分别在650和635nm处;在9V电压下,TZ2掺杂在PVK介质中(ITO和FLi/Al分别正、负电极)开始发光,峰位在620nm处。与OPL相比,TPL和EL在发光峰位和光谱半高宽(FWHH)均较为相近,说明激子复合发光(EL)与强光辐照发光(TPL)有更多的相似性。
New chromophores with benzothiadiazole as molecular focal point bearing ether triphenylamine unit at the periphery respectively (named as TZ2) has been synthesized and comparatively investigated its linear and two-photon fluorescence properties as well as the electroluminescence.Pumped by Xe lamp at 450nm and femto-second laser at 820nm,respectively,strong one-photon emission (OPL) and two-photon emissions (TPL) with the central wavelength at 650nm for OPL and 635nm for TPL in THF have been observed.Applied of 9V on the single device (ITO/2% (w/w)TZ2 in PVK/Alq3:/LiF),the electroluminescence spectrum locating at 620nm was recorded.In comparison with OPL,the TPL and EL are somewhat alike including luminescence position and half-width (FWHH),suggesting that the emission of exciton combination (EL) and of laser excitation possess closer ether molecular configuration on the excited state or vibration energy level on the ground state.
