摘要
为了模拟和评估热环境下光机系统的成像质量,已开发出了接口软件,可以将有限元软件热分析的结果拟合成Zernike多项式或以干涉图方式导入光学软件中进行像质分析。但上述接口软件不能满足高低温下光学成像的要求。为了解决以上问题,对R-C系统采用了自动光机优化的方法。首先以Isight为软件平台,将Solidworks,Ansys,Matlab和CodeⅤ集成起来,形成一套软件框架;然后提出不同条件下的优化策略;最后对R-C系统进行光学、材料和结构尺寸的优化。结果表明,在-40~60℃温度范围内获得了优良的像质。
In order to simulate and evaluate the optical performance of optomechanical system in thermal environment,interface softwares have been programmed. It can transform the output of FEA into Zernike polynomial or interferogram,so that can import into the optical softwares and get the MTF. However,the interface software can't meet the high requirement of the optical performance in high/low temperatures. In order to solve above problem,optomechanical automated optimization of R-C system is applied. Firstly,Isight is adopted as the software platform,Solidworks、Ansys、Matlab and Code Ⅴ are integrated,so that a software frame is established. Secondly,optimization strategy of different conditions is presented. Lastly,R-C system is optimized,different optimization strategies are used for optical/materials/mechanical sizes optimization. The experimental result shows that the good image quality is obtained at-40~60℃.
