摘要
为观察地奥司明片与马应龙麝香痔疮膏在肛肠病手术后应用的价值，选择肛肠病手术后应用地奥司明片与马应龙麝香痔疮膏的患者330例为观察组，同期肛肠病手术后未应用地奥司明片的患者210例为对照组。观察两组患者创口出血、水肿、疼痛、肉芽组织的生长及平均愈合天数等指标。结果显示，术后观察组创口出血、水肿、疼痛较对照组明显降低；观察组术后正常肉芽组织生长率较对照组明显增高，观察组术后平均愈合天数较对照组明显缩短（P〈0．05）。结果表明，肛肠病手术后应用地奥司明片与马应龙麝香痔疮膏能明显减少术后创口出血、水肿、疼痛，促进正常肉芽组织的生长，缩短创面的愈合时间。
The objective of this study was to evaluate the value of co-usage of Diosmin tablet and Mayinglong musk ointment for hemorrhoids following the operation for anorectal disease. The 330 patients with this disease were selected as observation group and received the co-usage of the two drugs after operation, at the same time another 210 as controlled group,alone Mayinglong musk ointment for hemorrhoids;wound bleeding, edema, pain, growth of granulation tissue, and average healing time（day）, etc of both groups were postoperatively observed. As results, compared with controlled group wound bleeding, edema, pain of observation group were significantly milder（ P 〈0.05） ;growth rate of normal granulation tissue was greatly increased,average healing time（day） was also distinctly shortened（ P 〈0.05）. Results show that the cousage of the two drugs can significantly reduce wound bleeding, edema and pain, promote growth of normal granulation tissue,and shorten healing time of wound.
