摘要
为探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）治疗轻中度直肠黏膜内脱垂的疗效，对66例轻中度直肠黏膜内脱垂行PPH，术后随访1～2年。结果显示，治愈59例，好转7例，总有效率100%。结果表明，采用PPH治疗轻中度直肠黏膜内脱垂，具有操作简便，创伤小，恢复快，并发症少，复发率低等优点。
The 66 patients with mild to moderate internal rectal mucosa prolapse were subjected to PPH and followed-up for 1-2 years,so as to investigate the curative effect of PPH. Results showed 59 cases were cured,7 cases were improved,total effective rate was 100% ,no complication was found. Results show that PPH in the treatment of internal rectal mucosa prolapse has the advantages such as simple manipulation, milder trauma, faster recovery,less complication, and lower recurrence, etc.
