摘要
为评价排粪造影对直肠前突的诊断价值，回顾性分析130例直肠前突在排粪造影各时相上的表现。结果表明，直肠前突程度不同，常与其他盆底松弛性病变同时出现。排粪造影对直肠前突不失为一种有效的影像学检查方法，有利于鉴别直肠前突是功能性改变，还是病理性改变，为进一步诊治提供依据。
For the objective of evaluating the value of defecography used in diagnosing rectocele author analysed the defecography findings at various time-phase of 130 patients with rectocele. As results, the different extents of rectocele lesion were often associated with the relaxation lesion of pelvic floor. Thus defecography is helpful to differentiate functional change or pathological change in rectocele patients,so to provide the basis of further diagnosis and treatment,in a word,it is an effective image-examination for rectocele.
