摘要
为观察自动痔疮套扎术（RPH）治疗各期内痔的临床效果，回顾性分析经RPH治疗的72例Ⅰ～Ⅲ期内痔患者的临床资料。结果显示，手术时间平均8min，51例Ⅰ、Ⅱ期内痔治愈率100％，21例Ⅲ期内痔治愈率82．1％，总治愈率89．2％，总有效率100％。随访3～12个月．无明显并发症。结果表明，RPH疗效确切、安全，操作简便，无需麻醉，无需住院。
For the objective of investigating clinical efficacy of Ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoids（RPH） in the treatment of various stages of internal hemorrhoids author analysed the data of 72 patients with Ⅰ-Ⅲ stages of internal hemorrhoids who underwent RPH retrospectively. Analysed results showed average operative time was 8 min;curative rate of 51 patients with Ⅰ ,Ⅱ stages was 100%,that of 21 patients with Ⅲ stage was 82.1% ,thus total curative rate was 89.2% ,total effective rate was 100% ;the follow-up of 3-12 months did not find significant complication. Results show that RPH has such advantages as certain curative effect, simpler manipulation, safe, no need of anesthesia, and no necessary of hospitalization.
