细胞色素P4503A5是细胞色素P450亚家族CYP3A的成员之一,对CYP3A底物的代谢清除率有明显的作用,与CYP3A4等共同或独立催化或影响药物代谢,具有种族差异的遗传多态性。研究CYP3A5多态性及其对药物代谢的影响,对于临床上个体化用药具有积极的意义。
CYP3A5, one member of the subfamily of cytochrome P450 3A (CYP3A), plays a significant role in the metabolic clearance of drug, and often catalyzes drug metabolism together with CYP3A4 or alone., and has ethnic differences in genetic polymorphism. Study of CYP3A5 polymorphism and its influence on drug metabolism, for clinical treatment of individual drugs have a positive meaning.
