摘要
二十一世纪,我们倡导素质教育。素质教育要求教师面向全体学生,要求给每一个学生自身发展的机会。然而,在高职院校中,学生大多都是80后,90后的新新人类,他们素质各异、心态各异,那么,职校教师如何提高教学质量,如何促进学生个性发展就显得尤为重要。
In the 21st century,we advocate quality education.Quality education requires teachers to face all students,asking opportunities for each student＇s own development.However,in higher vocational colleges,the students are mostly new mankind which are after 1980s or 1990s,with different qualities and mentalities,so,it is particularly important that vocational teachers improve the teaching quality to promote students＇ individual development.
