摘要
简述了竖井螺旋流泄洪水流稳定、消能率高等特点;给出了这种泄洪消能方式的水力计算方法,它计及了沿程的压强变化,比较真实地反映了螺旋流的特征,控制方程和以往不同;说明了竖井中螺旋流水力参数沿程变化的一般规律和非旋下跌水舌的区别.提出了坝内竖井旋流泄洪消能的新设想,对初步设想的两个方案进行了水力计算和结构计算.计算表明坝体应力并无很大异常,可以加大坝身泄量,减轻下游河床保护措施,减免雾化.
This paper puts forward a tentative idea of dams incorporated with glory holespillway with facilities inducing swirling flow. This new kind of dams can increase the floodcarrying capacity, decrease the energy to destroy the river bed behind the dams and mitigate theatomization following with flood relief. These advantages of this new kind of dams are attributedto the swirling flow which has stead-flow pattern and strong capability to dissipate the kineticenergy of flood discharged. In this paper the calculation method and governing equations beingdifferent from that in the past for swirling flow are given and the distinctions between theswirling and non-swirling flow are also described.
