摘要
工程素质是工程技术人员的基本素质,也是工科高校工程教育的主要培养目标;通过论述工程素质的内涵、组成及重要意义,结合素质培养在实践教学中的具体应用,阐明了工程素质培养的主要途径和方法。
Project quality is the basic quality of engineers and technicians. It is also the major training goal of the university project education of engineering course. Through discussing important meaning, composition, the intension of project quality and combining the specific quality application in practice teaching, we illustrated the method and major channel of project quality training.
