摘要
目的:从自然界中筛选出一种产酸性葡萄糖异构酶的菌种,并对其活性进行鉴定。方法:从自然界中获取多种土壤样本,经过富集培养,初筛和复筛,最终选出一个产酶能力最强的菌种。然后对其葡萄糖异构酶的活性,最适pH进行测定。
Subjective： Screening a bacterium with high glucose isomerase activity from environment. Method： Got many kinds of soil samples and incubated on the screening medium to culture. After the enrichment culture, initially sieves and sieves richly, one bacterium with the strongest ability of producing the enzyme was selected. The glucose isomerase activity, thermostability, most optimum pH were measured.
