摘要
目的为了避免带克氏针张力带内固定常引起针尾触痛和钢丝从克氏针滑脱等并发症的发生,本法使用了pyrford式张力带钢丝内固定治疗髌骨骨折,并对其疗效进行观察。方法高潭镇卫生院自2005年开始对87例髌骨骨折病例采用切开复位,用0.7-0.8mm钢丝行髌骨边缘荷包环扎,再用0.7-0.8mm钢丝在髌骨前行股四头肌腱与髌骨韧带之间的纵向矩形缝合,术后早期活动动膝关节,并对其中54例患者经1-2年随访。结果本组87例的平均手术时间为27min,解剖复位达95%,骨折平均愈合时间为6.8周,膝关节功能恢复快,治疗效果佳,有4例出髌骨变形。结论 pyrford式张力带钢丝内固定治疗髌骨骨折操作简单、创伤小、骨折愈合快、并发症少、费用低,在基层适应范围广。
