蜂窝状钢骨混凝土T形截面异型柱的斜截面受力性能分析 被引量:3

摘要 蜂窝状钢骨混凝土T形柱,是一种很适合于当今钢结构住宅建筑的新型异型柱。为了比较全面地探讨该新型构件的斜截面抗剪能力与变形特性,本文首先进行了单调加载试验,以考察在轴向力和横向力共同作用下该新型柱的斜截面抗剪能力、变形特性以及破坏形态;然后利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对T形截面柱进行非线性有限元分析,研究轴压力系数、剪跨比、配钢率、配箍率、混凝土强度等主要参数变化对该新型构件斜截面抗剪性能的影响及其规律,并提出相应的设计建议。研究表明,蜂窝状钢骨混凝土T形柱的抗剪破坏形态与相应荷载作用下的钢筋混凝土柱的抗剪破坏形态相似;平均应变的平截面假定在蜂窝状钢骨混凝土T形截面异型柱中仍然适用;该新型柱斜截面抗剪性能优于桁架式钢骨混凝柱T形柱;该新型柱的斜截面极限抗剪承载力随轴压系数、配钢率、配箍率、混凝土强度的增加而增加,但随剪跨比的增加而降低;其中剪跨比和轴压系数是影响T形柱斜截面抗剪性能比较敏感的因素。 The honeycomb steel reinforced concrete (SRC) T-shaped column is a new special-shaped column, which is very suitable for today's steel residential buildings. In order to wholly explore the oblique section shear capacity and deformation characteristics of this component, a monotonous loading test was carried out firstly in this paper to study the oblique section shear capacity, deformation characteristics and failure modes of the component under the combined action of axial force and horizontal forces. Then the paper carried out the non-linear finite element analysis on the honeycomb SRC T-shaped column with multi-parameter using ANSYS procedure to inspect the influence of main factors, such as axial pressure ratio, shear-span ratio, steel ratio, reinforcement ratio, concrete strength and so on, on the oblique section shear capacity and their laws. Based on these, some suggestions for design were given. As the study shows, the shear failure modes of the honeycomb SRC T-shaped column are similar to that of reinforced concrete (RC) column under the corresponding loads; the hypothesis of average strain in horizontal section is still applicable in the honeycomb SRC T-shaped column; the oblique section shear performance of T-shaped column in this paper is better than that of the truss-type of SRC special-shaped column; along with the increasing of axial pressure ratio, steel ratio, reinforcement ratio and concrete strength, the ultimate shear capacity of the new column increases, but it will decrease with the increasing of shear-span ratio; the axial pressure ratio and shear-span ratio are extremely sensitive to the oblique section shear performance of T-shaped column.
