高铁析晶釉的烧制工艺及显微结构研究 被引量:7

摘要 本研究以前期对宋代福建建窑的研究成果为基础,选用矿物原料和适量的化工原料,合理控制烧成的温度制度和气氛制度,烧制出多种形貌的高铁析晶釉。本文着重探讨了烧成制度对高铁析晶黑釉瓷形成的影响规律,并对实验样品的显微结构进行了深入研究。 : Based on the study results about the black-glazed tea bowls from the Jian kiln site of Fujian province, high-iron crystallization glazes of various kinds of visual appearances were prepared by the selection of appropriate mineral and chemical materials and by the control of firing schedules including temperature schedules and atmosphere schedules. The influence of firing schedules on the formation of highiron crystallization glaze was investigated. Microstructures of the glazes were also deeply studied.
