摘要
医院药房管理是一个动态管理过程，药品购进、验收、储存、应用的每一个环节都必须按照法律、法规、规章制度和操作规程进行管理，任何一个环节出问题都可能影响药品质量。新的医改方案已确定，“把基本医疗卫生制度作为公共产品向全民提供”，努力实现人人享有基本医疗卫生服务，新医改对医院药房管理提出了更高的要求，医院药房人员的工作态度、服务质量都将随之转变。
