摘要
[目的]探讨森林PALSAR双极化模式数据后向散射、极化和干涉相干性等特征,提出一种在异质地区的森林识别方法。[方法]以中国东南部漳浦县为试验区,对试验区不同土地类型PALSAR的后向散射信息、极化比值和相干性信息进行分析。[结果]利用该区林相图及同时相SPOT-5影像进行精度检验,其总体精度、用户精度和制图精度均高于90%。[结论]基于PALSAR双极化模式数据进行森林识别精度较高。
[Objective] To investigate the new features of ALOS PALSAR dual polarization mode data including dual-polarized data scattering,polarization and interference characteristics and develop a novel classification method for forest recognition in heterogeneous areas.[Method] A test site(Zhangpu County) was selected in Fujian province in southeast of China.After examination the dependences of the multitemporal backscatter intensity,the polarimetric parameters and interferometric coherence on different land cover types,a hierarchical classification method is proposed for coastal forest and hilly forest recognition.The forest maps were validated by forest inventory data and SPOT-5 images.[Result] The results showed that multitemporal PALSAR dual polarization data could accurate maps for coastal forest in flat areas using the proposed method.The overall accuracy,producer accuracy and user accuracy were all higher than 90%.[Conclusion] It is not possible to discriminate forest by any single PALSAR feature in this test site.The method based on Multi-temporal dual polarization ALOS PALSAR data is with higher recognition accuracy.
