摘要
探讨圆果化香树中抗坏血酸含量的测定方法。将待测样加草酸处理成匀浆,过滤后于490 nm处作分光光度测定可测出圆果化香树中抗坏血酸的含量。此法可用于圆果化香树中的维生素C含量测定,较化学法简便。
The method of measuring ascorbic acid in Platycarya longipes Wu on spectrophotometer was discussed.Oxalicacid was added to the awaitmeasuring sample to deal with into the even thick liquid,then use spectrophotometry to formeasure it at 490 nm after filtering.The content of ascorbic acid in Platycarya longipes was detected.This method can be used in the survey of ascorbic acid in Platycarya longipes.It was simpler and more convenient than the chemical method.
