摘要
从社会主义新农村建设对农民思想教育的时代要求出发,客观分析了当前农民思想教育在教育内容、教育方式以及教育队伍等3个方面存在的问题和不足,提出了在社会主义新农村建设中农民思想教育内容要体现特性,要注重体系建设;农民思想教育方式要创新,要通过采用灵活、有情、有境的思想教育方式来提高教育的实际效果;农民思想教育队伍要强化,要逐步形成以政府建立为主体,社会其他力量为补充的强有力的专职与兼职相结合的农民思想教育队伍。
The article set out with era requests of constructing the socialist new countryside and analyzed objectively the existing problem and insufficient of education contents,education manners and troops. The author put forward that the contents of thought education of farmers must be embodied characteristic and attached importance to constructing system,the manners of thought education of farmers must be innovated and to enhance practice effects of thought education of farmers by taking elastic and environmental manners. The troops of thought education of farmers should be strengthened and formed gradually the troops which the government accomplished principal part and supplemented with social others forces.
