摘要
目的:通过对妊娠中晚期孕妇进行中医体质评估,从中医角度探讨妊娠中晚期的生理特点。为降低妊娠合并症、并发症提供临床试验基础。方法:2007年10月-2008年9月在本院产科门诊及住院部随机抽取符合纳入标准的妊娠中晚期孕妇220例为调查对象,完成中医体质评估表。中医体质评估表参考北京中医药大学王琦教授等人带头编制的《中医体质量表》,再由本院众多妇产科专家共同研讨及临床预试验后自制而成。采用统计软件SPSS 13.0建立数据库,对数据库进行一般性统计描述,用统计学方法统计分析。结果:在现实中晚期孕妇中,单纯体质比较少,很大一部分是复合体质类型。兼有阴血虚、痰湿、实热居多,其次为虚热型和平和型,阳虚型未见。结论:妊娠中晚期中医体质主要为阴血虚、痰湿、实热。
Objectives：Through assessment of TCM physiological state to mid-term and late pregnancy,exploring physio-logical characteristics of mid-term and late pregnancy from TCM medicine,in order to provide basis of clinical trials on reducing of pregnancy complications.Methods：From October 2007 to September 2008,I randomly selected 220 mid-term and late pregnancy women meeting the inclusion criteria as survey at obstetric outpatient and inpatient areas in our hospital,and completed TCM physiological state table.TCM physiological state table referenced ＂the table of traditional Chinese constitution＂ which was spearheaded by Professor Wang Qi in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,then be produced through discussion with numerous experts at obstetric in our hospital and pre-test.The SPSS13 was implied to build the database,as well as arrange and analyze the data by generally descriptive statistics.Results：Purely TCM physiological state was little and a large part had complex TCM physiological state in reality in mid-term and late pregnant women.Composite deficiency yin blood,phlegm,sthenic heat were mostly hot types,asthenic heat,balance were behind,no yang deficiency.Conclusions：TCM physiological state of mid-term and late pregnancy is mainly deficiency yin blood,phlegm,sthenic heat,and display physiological hyperlipidemia.
