摘要
建立和完善住房保障体系,是深化住房制度改革、建立城镇住房新体制的重要内容,也是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要任务。"他山之石,可以攻玉",通过对国外住房保障制度的分析,总结其成功经验,以求在借鉴的基础上,探索优化我国住房保障体系之路。
The formulation and perfection of a sound residence protection system is not only an important part of the deepening of domestic residence reform and the establishment of a new urban residence system,but it is also an integral part of constructing a harmonious socialist society.As the saying goes,wise men can correct their own by other＇s faults.The failure and success of foreign residence protection can serve for domestic practice.This paper summarizes the success of foreign residence protection to put forward suggestions for the optimization of domestic foreign residence protection system.
