摘要
采用阳极溶出法和化学发光法分别对胎儿内耳外淋巴锌、铜、钙含量及铜／锌比值进行定量分析，初步提出人体内耳外淋巴锌、铜、钙含量及比值的正常参考值，并建立了一种测定外淋巴的微量分析方法，此法用量少、灵敏度高、结果可靠，为耳聋的诊治提供参考依据。
To determine the amounts of Zn.Cu.Ca and the ratio of Cu/Zn in perilymph of innerear in foetus, the quantitative assay was made withelectrolysis and chemiluminescence. The normal reference values of three elements in perilymph of human inner ear were mentioned and a microanalysismethod was established to determine the perilymph.It was suggested that the microanalysis method wasmore sensitive and reliable, at the same time, putforward a reference standard for diagnosis and treatment of hearing loss.
